Basket Swing out of use

Kelsall Parish Council, who own and maintain the Green and playground, have taken one of the basket swings out of use. This is one of the original items installed in 2008, and the timber posts are now too decayed to support the weight of the basket when swinging. 

We are looking for a replacement for this item, but in the meantime, it was not considered safe to use, and so we removed the basket. The second basket swing is still there for users to enjoy. 

We we also soon be replacing some other older items, including the 'wobbly sheep', small rocking horse, the seesaw and one of the baby swings.
