Zumba with Izzy

Calling all dance lovers in Kelsall!

Hello! I'm Izzy – I have a Zumba class at Kelsall Community Centre every Friday, from 9.30 – 10.30am.

I've been an Exercise to Music instructor for over 20 years. I got my MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Chester, and I've been teaching Zumba classes locally for 14 years!

The classes are easy to follow, lively and energetic – the participants are of all ages and abilities, friendly and welcoming. The music is amazing – it gives you such a lift. It's difficult to believe that something that is so good for you is so much fun!

Booking is essential, because classes do fill up – but it's so easy to do – send me a message (details below) and I'll send you the link and answer any questions you have. It's so important that you have plenty of room to dance! You don't have to sign up to anything, it's £6 per class – that's it – although you do have to pay in advance to book.

As you'll see, you can book well in advance – and you can cancel up to 24 hours before, or transfer up to 2 hours before class starts! If a date is missing, it'll be because I'm away or there are holidays, etc.
