The PPG aims to provide a communication channel between the patients and the Kelsall Medical Practice.
With the help and assistance of the Practice, we welcome suggestions from patients for improvements to the service and thus highlight any areas that need attention. However this is not a channel for individual complaints.
The PPG assists the Practice in monitoring quality of service through patient participation.
Membership is open to any patient registered with the Practice and includes the Practice Manager, senior GP or other Practice team members as a representation of the Practice. Membership meetings are usually a group meeting or via a virtual group.Meetings are held monthly.
