Yoga Class is held at Kelsall Community Centre on Thursday mornings 9.30 – 11.00.
This is a Hatha yoga class which integrates yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation/meditation to help bring a balance to the body, mind and spirit. Focusing on good alignment whilst maintaining postures, these can help increase strength and flexibility, whilst relaxation/meditation can help reduce stress levels. Yoga is about the union of mind and body and being in the present moment. Everyone is welcome!
