Pilates classes are mat based and suitable for all ages and abilities. Pilates focuses on building core strength, whilst improving muscle tone, posture, strength, co-ordination and balance. Slow controlled exercises are performed in a precise manner and everyone is encouraged to work safely within their own body limits.
Pilates classes are held at Kelsall Community Centre on Monday mornings:
9.30 – 10.30 for Intermediates
10.30 – 11.30 for Beginners
