Cheshire West and Chester Council run a popular Wellbeing Walk Programme, and are looking to expand them in our area.
These are free, friendly, social walks that help people get some gentle exercise and provide opportunities to explore local areas and meet new people.
All walks are either lead by volunteer walk leaders or by partner agencies. There are a number running across the borough. Link below gives more details about the Programme.
