PlusBus Service available in Kelsall

Plus Bus

Last week PlusBus came to explain their community bus service at the Wellbeing Hub,

The ECT charity provides a popular door-to-door PlusBus service that connects people who cannot drive, find public transport difficult to use, or have no local public transport, with the services and facilities important to them. This can be individual or group transport.

If this applies to you or someone you know, you can register your interest in the with the HUBS Mobility Service, who are looking to expand their PlusBus routes.

They can also advise on travel options with a physical or hidden disability, and on finding venues suitable for older people.

You can do this by:

• phoning PlusBus on 0151 357 4420, and someone will be happy to take their details over the phone.
• downloading attached registration form (below pictures at right)
• contacting Gemma Coleman at DialWestCheshire, who can advise on all kinds of travel both far and near, concessions and passes, Blue Badges, driving assessments, support for those who can no longer drive, travelling with mobility equipment or assistance dogs, all aspects of community transport and shopmobility services.
