Please report problems so they get fixed

Cheshire West are responsible for highways problems such as blocked drains and potholes, but they rely on reports to know about them.

Please report problems you spot even if you think someone else has done it already. The number of complaints is used to prioritise issues for fixing. If only one person reports it, it is not considered important!

You can use the Cheshire West App, or the Cheshire West & Chester website. The 'Report it' option is on the home page, in the top banner.
