Kelsall Design Code consultation

We need everybody's feedback for the new Kelsall Design Code!

Consultation on our Design Code starts on Monday 13th April. This is a key part of the reviewed Neighbourhood Plan, and will direct how any new development looks, by describing what is good and bad design for new buildings, landscaping and public spaces in Kelsall, in terms of layout, materials, general appearance, parking, etc. (Willington has its own code).

You can give your opinion on existing buildings and streets in Kelsall using the online platform Create Communities, using the link below.

Select one or several areas or individual buildings (up to 10) you think are good or bad examples, and give the reasons for your choice. These preferences will allow us to tailor design rules to residents' preferences. Please make sure that you indicate precise buildings or address to relate the rules to the right place.

The Neighbourhood Plan team will also hold two meetings to help residents who may have difficulty with the online platform. These will be in St Philips on
