Improved 82 bus services?

Improved bus service proposed by CWAC

Cheshire West and Chester are in the process of drafting a new Local Transport Plan. They are responsible for agreeing bus services with a number of operators.

The supporting Transport Plan documents discussed by CWAC in September included a Bus Service improvement Plan. This suggests a trial extension of our local bus service, No 82, to include early evening services on Saturday. This seems to be a trial, to assess demand for the journeys. Other improvements suggested joint ticketing for D&G and Stagecoach, who run nos 82 and 84 services, to allow using both buses in one journey.
