Kelsall needs evidence of low water pressure

In discussions about new house building, residents have said that they have already noticed their water pressure has been dropping, particularly around the south of the village.
More development will make the problem worse, and the Parish Council are keen to push back on planning applications, one argument being that infrastructure is not coping,

However, low water pressure needs to be reported to United Utilities before there is any 'evidence' that there is a problem. This comes from regular reports from residents. Otherwise, UU can state that they are not aware there is a problem.
