* For children attending both Breakfast Klub and After School Klub on the same day the combined cost is £12.
The Pre-School fees are £9 per session and £3.00 per lunch club (school meals are an additional £2.10 and are optional) payable half-termly in advance. Fees must still be paid if children are absent without notice for a short period of time. If your child has to be absent over a long period of time, talk to a member of staff.
For your child to keep her/his place at the setting, you must pay the fees. We are in receipt of nursery education funding in the form of the EYFS grant from the local authority for three and four year olds; where funding is not received, then fees apply.
Children aged 3 and over are currently eligible for up to 15 funded hours a week. This is applicable the term starting after your child's 3rd birthday. Pease speak to a member of staff if you would like more information on this.
Children in receipt of the EYFS grant can also claim their entitlement at the breakfast and afterschool clubs.
Kelsall Klub also operates a Pay As You Go system for parents who wish to add additional sessions midway through the half term. If you require your child to attend any additional sessions please either ring or email to confirm. All additional sessions are required to be paid in full at your earliest convenience. This will eliminate additional costs being charged to your half termly bill.
