The Zoomify Toolbar contains the following eight controls:
| The plus sign increases zoom | The left arrow pans to the left |
| The minus sign decreases zoom | The right arrow pans to the right |
| The triangular slider changes the zoom factor | The up arrow pans up |
| The circle + arrow resets to original size/position | The down arrow pans down |
