Kelsall Parish Council meets once a month in
Kelsall Community Centre, normally
at 7:30pm on the second Monday of the month. Members of the public are welcome to
attend these meetings, and are invited to speak to the Council for no more then 10
minutes. You can see the minutes of these meetings, in pdf format, by clicking on the
appropriate meeting date in the following table. The minutes can't be published until
the have been appoved by the Council, so there will normally be a one month delay
between a meeting taking place and its minutes being published. Meeting minutes are also
displayed in Kelsall Post Office.
